Beginning Vegan

I decided to get rid of my high blood pressure that came along with the cancer. I am going vegan. I tried it now for three days and it really feels good. I see a write ring around my iris and it shows that I have high cholesterol. Somehow, I think eating beans, mushrooms, and salad will work for me. I will supplement this with pastas, radishes, carrots, and rye bread. These foods appeal to me and I was able to actually lose 2 pounds in the three days.

I am really scared today. I'm not depressed but I keep crying for no reason. There are pressing work issues that I cannot seem to get done. There are only two but I am completely frozen.

Tomorrow I get a bone scan, blood test, and begin the drugs before chemo. In the afternoon I will be working. I keep working throughout this.
